Past Programs

MySafeRx & MedicaSafe Open-Label Buprenorphine Induction & Lapse Evaluation (MyMOBILE)

Phase 1b of development included a 12-person trial at the Cambridge Health Alliance in Somerville, MA.

This iteration was used to help develop a mobile app that integrates texting, scheduling, and reporting. The MedicaSafe electronic pill dispenser was introduced to keep participants' medication organized and secure.

Proof of Concept Trial

MySafeRx development started with the Phase 1a three-person trial in partnership with WestBridge Community Services.

This trial showed the feasibility of daily remote check ins between participant and coach. Participants took their medication on video so that coaches could confirm medication adherence and provide brief motivational interventions.
